We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

In addition, under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing any reason.

Our guarantee goes beyond the law. We offer 60 days because we are confident in our products and want you to have the time to truly experience the results.

How to Request a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Contact page and fill out the form within 60 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return
  3. Our support team will respond within 48 business hours with detailed return instructions and the return address
  4. Ship the item back using any trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed promptly

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Return requests are submitted within 60 days of delivery
  • Items are returned in their original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Hygiene or personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement

We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
  • Opened hygiene or personal care items (unless defective — see below)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before shipping anything back and we will advise you.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately through our Contact page.

We will either:

  • Send a free replacement at no additional cost to you, or
  • Issue a full refund including return shipping costs

All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects, as provided under EU Directive 2019/771.
