Free Shipping on Every Order
Free shipping, always. Every single order ships free—no minimum purchase, no hidden fees, no exceptions.
We believe that getting relief should be straightforward from the very first step. That’s why we include free standard shipping on all orders, automatically applied at checkout.
Order Processing
After you place your order, our team needs a short window to verify payment, pick, and pack your items before they head to the carrier.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery takes 5–9 business days. Combined with our processing window, your estimated total delivery time is:
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 5–9 business days
- Total estimate: 6 to 12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- Mainland Spain (Península)
- Balearic Islands
We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. We are working to expand our shipping coverage—check back for updates.
If you are outside our current shipping zones and would like to place an order, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page
- Your estimated delivery window
You can use this tracking number at any time to follow your package in real time. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first—then contact us if needed.
Delays & Address Issues
If Your Package Is Delayed
Occasional delays can occur due to high carrier volume, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted at the time of ordering.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you. A re-shipping fee may apply for the second delivery attempt.
